Information Pages - Private News & Continent Status
|
|
There are two main information pages that can be used to tell you what is going on with your nation and in your continent. In game these are the Private News page and the Continent Status page. The continent status page should be checked regularly as there is no automatic notification when this changes, however with private news, the ?News? link at the top of the page will turn red when there is new news to be read.

Private News
|
The private news section gives you reports on important events that have happened within your country. For example when research or construction is completed you will get news informing you of this, this then enables you to give your research and construction teams new tasks. When you get new news the "news" button at the top of the window turns red.
Another useful feature of the news section is it enables you to view combat reports after an attack. You can use the check boxes next to the news items to decide which news to delete and what news to keep.
All news items in your private news are private and can not be seen by any other player, this also goes for the combat reports. Each player involved in combat will get their own version of the combat report giving the overall outcomes and the detailed results of their own involvement and losses.
Once news has been deleted it can not be retrieved.

Continent Status
|
The incoming and outgoing units section show what units are being sent to countries in your continent and what units are being sent to other countries from your continent. The page shows attacking forces as red, defending forces as yellow and returning units as grey. For each force it shows an ETA (estimated time of arrival), the amount of units attacking (this is not a detailed view) and it gives the coordinates of the attacker and the defender.
This page can be used to coordinate attack and defence within the continent.
