Economics

The economics page has two main functions to help you manage your nations economy. Firstly there is the order new industry buildings on the land you have. Secondly you can exchange your resources for other resources allowing you get rid of you excess resources in exchange for other resources you need. You should remember that sound economic management will give you more buying power than someone who has more industry but does not manage it so well.

Order Industry
|
This part of the page allows you to order new industry, you must have enough land to support the amount of industry you wish to develop (each industry requires one piece of land).
You receive 400 of each type of resource each tick. For each industry you create you receive an extra 100 resources per tick. The type of resources created is dependent on the type of industry.
1 Farm = 100 Food/Tick
1 Sawmill = 100 Wood/Tick
1 Refinery = 100 Money/Tick
1 Mine = 100 Iron/Tick
When you order industry you are able to track its progress at the bottom of the screen.
NOTE: It is not possible to change the type of industry you have after they are Ordered/Built.

Resource Trading
|
All trading resources must be done through one of the banks. The middle section of the page will give you a list of all the banks that you can use, each bank might have certain score requirements for you to be able to use them. You should bear in mind the bank types and the fees they will charge you for any transaction before deciding to trade. You need to choose the resource you want to sell, what you want in exchange and the amount you want to sell, the bank will then take these resources from you and give you the exchanged value.
Please note that you can trade gold for other resources but the banks will not allow you to get it back!
